I feel like my chakras are very unbalanced although I am hanging in there. Have been trying to eat a clean more veggie diet although I still feel like I am "stuck" in some sense. what is the best way to clear the chakras? I feel like my crown chakra is opening although the major imbalance is happening due to the fact that my lower chakras are out of alignment due to the recent break up I had with my gf of 5 years
