  7. Thank you for this. I struggled for a long time with feeling separate from the emotions around me. I always felt that they were either my emotions or aimed at me. I could tell the emotional state of someone with one look and guess why they felt that way. I get a lot of migraines, some manageable, some crippling.

    Your video helped me realise that my natural state is upbeat, positive and overwhelmingly positive. When I'm not feeling these things, I'm leaking! Lol or letting the emotions of others be my own.

  22. Whaouw , your video is explaining exactly what I feel with peoples around me. I began subconsciously since years now to cut the "toxic" link with these peoples who was "sucking" my energy. I began subconsciously since years now to cut these "toxic" links with these peoples who was "sucking" my energy. Our energy is our precious gift and we canno't give it away like candies.

    I totally relate on what you explain about others seeing us as arrogant, distant or self-concern. This is my technique to protect myself.

  25. I got cps called on me by my ex’s gf I didn’t act on it I just told her I forgive her but I am not doing anything wrong so yeah… I’m being taken as weak but I’m not I just choose to deal with them in a certain way

Reasonated myself with the condition of respect… had an argument with my Leo son about that very same thing not long ago 😐 kicker was he said I was the disresptful one for using his hair moisturizer he abandoned on the floor with out asking…lol..😂 if y'all only knew how many and much of my things he takes without permission in that moment I felt some kinda way… but he is my son my womb and I love him much..so I abandoned my thoughts about the situation and moved on… I sing to Sounds of Blackness and Kirk Smile and Change is coming oh I laughed and sang out loud…I had a ball and I think I do again tonight ✌💕😊

  31. greetings, I'm new to this word empath however,one thing I've learned is remaining full of resolve can protect openings into the Empaths generous cognitive and in doing so ive learned It Is possible to spiritually read others being like pages off a strange peice of literature with no words and if you wanted you can become that person and feed off of their best traits without doing them any harm.

It may not be loving to u but I can love from afar if need be to protect myself even if it's my mother who can be the THE BIGGEST AND WORST VAMPIRE so i don't agree with ur comment of it not being loving to remove people that hurt u out of ur life and a parent is just too dangerous if they are vamps. Honey my mother has been draining me ALL of my life. It was always to please her even when I didn't live with her It just followed me and I am a Pisces and I have Aries almost as equally strong, in my chart along with Leo so my parent took advantage of my energy BIG TIME so being AWAY from her is THE BEST thing for me.
