  1. Wow, this is so on point 😭 And I almost went nuts trying to figure who I am for the past 2 years. I am also super creative and I want to create a business that reflects me, but I was so confused where to begin since there is abou 20 mes inside. For now I just accepted my versatility and can finally move.

  2. I am an empath and just started going to Al Anon. I have severe anxiety attacks during and after meetings. It’s so bad I get anxiety about going. I’m picking up all those peoples pain and it’s mixing with mine and is debilitating. What would you suggest?

  3. What if one has already lost ones self. Ironically you mention that just writing your identity down in a paragraph might seem simple and childish but I low key got anxiety when you started saying to write your identity down and I paused and I literally don’t know who and what I am

  4. So you mean when I feel like crap it could be a combination my thoughts, my neurochemistry and other people's feelings? Man, that sucks… I literally just got on medication a week and a half ago because I am having a hard time trying to straiten myself out just by trying to get my thoughts right.

  5. Great tips in this video. I find writing things down in a journal is a super effective way to clarify what thoughts and energies are actually my own. If I try to sort it out just by thinking about it, it somehow never works until I write it down on paper!
