  2. This is the most efficient empath meditation SPECIFICALLY for relief of unwanted energy from my energy bodies. And then revitalization and realignment of my energy bodies, from the energy that I’ve given away throughout the day.

    I would recommend moving on to a short energy shielding exercise after this meditation, so you can really seal in your energy that you just reclaimed.

    I have to say that I wholeheartedly appreciate this guided meditation, as I struggle to find a afternoon meditation to do when i arrive home from work (when I’m absolutely bogged down with fatigue). The struggle is that most meditations are either too relaxing (leading me to fall asleep), or only focus on bringing in NEW energy (which isn’t helpful for an empath: (1) because you don’t have much room for any more energy when you’re filled with unwanted energy from the day, (2) new energy that isn’t yours—which you probably have unconsciously given away, or sent away through cord attachments you’ve made throughout the day—doesn’t really make you feel stable or like yourself (which can make you uncomfortable).

    The only edits I made for my own personal meditation were to the calling of guides. Archangel Michael is suggested, but I work with ancestors (who are healed and whole), and deities who support my empathic nature as well as my overall health and wellness. It was fairly easy to make the switch in the moment.

    If you find yourself following your “monkey mind”, I suggest coming back to the weight of your body, and the relaxed heaviness of your muscles and limbs.

    I did feel a little groggy when coming back to the present moment—mostly in my eyes. But I noticed that my mental and physical capabilities showed immediate improvement.

    I hope that moving around after the meditation, getting my breath and oxygenated blood flowing more easily, will allow me to feel less groggy.

    Next time, I might try to immediately move on into a mala meditation 📿 after this guided meditation. That way I invite more breath into my system.

    I will most likely provide an update as I continue to use this meditation 🧘‍♀️.

  3. I have been fighting with my heart and head about my relationship and then i realized I was drained completely of energy and i cried then i found this video and almost cried again. I feel much better and happier but i must go to bed now because today has been very long.
